Just some of the hampers the team have delivered today across the Tees Valley. All had food, hygiene and cleaning essentials, and gift boxes for each family member. A hamper like this really makes a difference to those facing poverty, everyone was unbelievably grateful. Thank you to everyone who has donated to us and our wonderful volunteers to help make this happen. Lots more will be going out on Tuesday
