True story ….. we had a family get in touch, one parent works full time but this month has had emergency tax deducted leaving them with next to nothing for Christmas. We were more than happy to help with gifts, food and hygiene essentials. We think many working families can relate to this, they get by each month but it only takes one months pay to mess their finances up. They were very grateful and have ‘never had any handouts before’.
